We need rules to keep our platform and services safe for you, us, and our student community. By accessing www.powerprojectstraining.com website, the Zenler mobile applications, and other related services you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. We generally give a lifetime access license to our students when they enroll in a course or other content. However, we reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use any content at any point in time in the event where we decide or are obligated to disable access to the content due to legal or policy reasons. This lifetime access license does not apply to enrollments via Subscription Plans or to add-on features and services associated with the course or other content you enroll in. Tutor may not grant access to their content to students directly, and any such direct access shall be null and void and a violation of these Terms.
The price of content on our website are determined based on the software, duration, tutor, and content we deliver. In some instances, the price of content offered on www.powerprojectstraining.com may not be exactly the same as the price offered on www.powerprojectsindia.com, social media post and on the course sales and promotions. We occasionally run promotions and sales for our content, during which certain content is available at discounted prices for a set period. After the set period if you attend to purchase the course will be in the actual price without any discounts or offers during checkout. We will refund in any way demanding for any extra amount paid when purchasing the course after set period with actual amount, example Course with the price of 1000 INR was sold for 500 INR for 7 days, when you purchase the course at 8th day after the offer set period for 1000 INR we will not refund the 500 INR if you demand for.
If you are a participant located in a country where use and sales tax, goods and services tax, or value added tax is applicable to consumer sales, we are responsible for collecting and remitting that tax to the proper tax authorities. Depending on your location, the price you see may include such taxes, or tax may be added at checkout.
You agree to pay the fees for content that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment (such as PayPal, direct debit, or mobile wallet) for those fees. We work with payment service providers to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure.
When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still get access to the content you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within 30 days of notification from us. Upon registering for a live course, you agree to pay the full fee and paying in instalments full fee must be paid before the course ends. If the course fee is not fully paid, we have full rights to remove you from the course groups and disable the course content in three days from last day of course. For pre-recorded course you are subjected to pay the 100% payment during checkout, we will not provide instalments from our end.
When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. After 24 hours if you request for refunds we will detect admin chargers. Charges depends on course and time at which you are requesting for refund, for more details contact our support team.
If the content you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 24 hours of your purchase of the content, that www.powerprojectstraining.com apply a refund to your account. No refund is due to you if you request it after the 24 hours guarantee time limit has passed for pre-recorded courses. However, if the content you previously purchased is disabled for legal or policy reasons, you are entitled to a refund beyond this 24 hour limit. You can also use the refund amount to purchase other courses from our website.
Power Projects reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program or live lectures/webinars, or to alter, modify or rearrange the schedule of topics, as well as the point value or weight of assignments, tests, quizzes, exams, projects and other such evaluations of progress. If you are a student, the Services enable you to ask questions to the tutor of courses or other content you are enrolled in, and to post reviews of content. For certain content, the instructor may invite you to submit content as “homework” or tests. Don’t post or submit anything that is not yours.
6.1 Eligibility: For enrolling into our program, you must need a minimum education qualification of bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering or Engineers pursing bachelor’s degree.

If a training program is cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollments, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the option of rescheduling to a different session or a full refund if session never happens.
6.4 Transfer of Enrollment: If you are unable to attend a training program after enrollment, you may request to transfer your enrollment to another individual or reschedule to a future session, subject to availability and our approval.
6.5 Course Materials: Course materials, including presentations, documents, and software provided during the training program, are the intellectual property of Power Projects or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any course materials without the prior written consent of Power Projects.
6.6 Changes and Amendments: Power Projects reserves the right to make changes to the training program schedule, content, or instructors, and we will notify enrolled participants of any significant changes as soon as possible.
6.7 Compliance: By enrolling in our training programs, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during your participation.

In past you handled a session as a tutor and if have got renumeration from Power Projects, the video recordings, audio and materials of that session soulfully belongs to Power Projects. In any case you cannot demand Power Projects to remove the content or holds any share for price we get for that course.
Participants in Power Projects' training programs are always expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disrespectful behaviour towards instructors, staff, or fellow participants will not be tolerated. Participants must respect the intellectual property rights of Power Projects and third parties. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share any course materials or content provided during the training programs without the express written consent of Power Projects.
Participants may have access to confidential and proprietary information during the training programs. You agree to keep all such information confidential and not to disclose or use it for any purpose outside the scope of the training program. Participants are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their participation in the training programs. You must not use the website or training services for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.
Power Projects reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action against any participant who violates the Code of Conduct or engages in any behaviour that is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to others. The effectiveness of the training programs may vary based on individual effort, prior knowledge, and other factors. Power Projects does not provide any career consulting or promises to provide any career in Power Projects or any other organisation. If anyone contacts, you in the name Power Projects for career consulting and insist to pay any amount we are not responsible. Participants are responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of any information obtained through the training programs or website before making decisions based on such information. Power Projects is not liable for any actions taken based on information obtained from the training programs or website.
Power Projects reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.
